THE GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has a characteristic open-space living room, terracotta floor, with a charming marble and wood fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen smart-TV. The space opens onto a comfortable indoor dining room, dominated by a large wooden table and a kitchen equipped with professional appliances and every comfort.
The bedrooms
THE SLEEPING AREA
The Villa can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to two bedrooms in a Minimal-Chic style, with brand new furniture, windows overlooking the lake, smart-TV as well as a comfortable sofa bed.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor, en-suite bathroom with shower and double bed.
A characteristic internal terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find a second bedroom with an enchanting view of the lake landscape, a double bed and lights that envelop the environment in a warm and unique atmosphere.
Relax zone
THE LOFT
A lovely loft furnished in Classical-Chic style enriches the upper floor of the Villa, to spend moments dedicated to relaxation or reading. Sitting on the comfortable sofa, which can also turn into a bed, or facing the balcony, you will enjoy a characteristic view of the outdoor garden.

OUTDOOR AREA
Finally, the Villa boasts an adorable garden with fruit trees and olive trees not to mention sage, roses, lavender and rosemary. An outdoor area is completely dedicated to relaxation: here you can sunbathe in peace on the comfortable deck chairs or read a book under the umbrella.
